type='text'>1 year anniversary!!</title><content type='html'>thanks to everyone who still reads this... this weekend I hit the one year anniversary of this blog. I started it about 9 months after beginning my big weight loss push, in march of 2009, when I weighed 322. As of last night, I weigh 276. some months have not seen any weight loss, and some have seen a pound or two of gain. but overall we're headed in the right direction, thanks to God. lately been adding regular exercise back into the routine, hopefully that will continue. it seems to be helping, especially with the hypoglycemia. hope everyone has a blessed holiday season.
