(while this may seem useless, a study done by CNN says that playing golf even using a cart instead of walking burns 84 calories per 20 minutes, and that's for a 150 pound person. So for me, 4 hours of golf, even riding in a cart, is a lot of exercise. plus, ask kyle, I jogged a lot today to and from the cart to the ball. the study is here.
