- three buffalo chicken bites - asiago peppercorn steak meal from applebees "550 calorie or less" menu - water ______________________
in reference to the steak meal- when chef bobby flay was asked what one spice he would want on a deserted island would be he said black pepper. i believe black pepper is one of the best ingredients a calorie reduction diet could ever ask for. keep up the good work brother. im proud of you!
