sidenote

today i weighed 278. the last time i was this small was in the late summer of 2005, after getting back from Costa Rica. in march 2009 i weighed 322, so that's down 44 pounds in 14 months, basically. still have another 50-60 or so to go, at least, but God is good and has gotten me this far. thanks to everyone for your support and prayers, and also to God without whom this would have been a very futile attempt.

Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me! ps66:20
