  1. Man, all these lists are insanely low. You must be getting results, right? For example, today I ate-
    Banana + Peanut Butter
    Pasta w/ vinaigrette
    Spinach salad with black olives and carrots
    2 Sweet potatoes
    3 slices pizza
    2 Turkey + Cheese open sandwiches
    Chocolate milk
    Hamburger
    Granny smith apple
    And I'm feeling a little snacky. Your self control is pretty impressive. I hope it's paying off.
