- 10 triscuits

- a few cheezits

- epic softball game where i sweated off 22% of my body weight....

  2. i buy it for golf and sporting activities, but its always so handy to grab in the mornings and i can't resist. it helps me energy wise first thing though, and I can't drink coffee right now. It's probably not the best thing but it's not a diet killer for me.
