- oats 'n honey granola bar

- chips and salsa
WATER, troy. haha.

- turkey panini
- 1 serving mashed potatoes
- 8oz. root beer (barqs)(calories from drink, so bad, but dang... cant resist barqs)

- 1 serving kashi strawberry fields cereal
- oats 'n honey granola bar
- skim milk
- 1 strawberry, maybe slightly moldy? had to throw away the rest. sad.

  2. not exactly breakfast. more like a mid-morning "survive until lunch" snack. i usually eat these between 9:30 and 10. but yeah. no real protein.

  3. Speaking of protein... I'm not sure how you feel about protein powder, but I've never liked it until i found Quest brand (in chocolate)... it's awesome. Tastes like a frosty. All you have to do is mix it with milk and it's delicious. Just an idea if you want something quick with adequate protein.
