Purpose

on this little blog fella here I am going to post everything I eat, as well as any intentional exercise I perform. Maybe more than once a day, but at least once a day. I want this to (through accountability) raise awareness in myself and others about how much we eat without realizing it, and then also to use this knowledge to mold myself into a better eater. I am starting with today:

12/3:
- nature valley oats n' honey granola bar
- 12oz. diet dr. pepper
____________________

- Mig's Italian Special (6 inch salami/ham/pepperoni, lettuce, oil and vinegar on white bread)
- serving of fries
- approximately 20oz. of diet dr. pepper
____________________

- 90 calorie chocolate granola bar
- 1 cup of twisted pretzel minis
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 12oz diet mtn dew
____________________

- 2 miles walk/jog treadmill
____________________

- 8oz grilled chicken
- 1 serving asparagus
- 2 servings mashed potatoes and cheese
____________________

- 90 cal granola bar
- 12oz orange juice, some pulp
- 1 cup black decaf coffee
